Mud: Estuary / Phase V, 2007

Estuary / Phase V was begun at the Robert MacNamara Foundation in Maine in 2007. The work came directly out of explorations of the tidal marshes and surrounding estuary of Westport Island. There are three expressions that emerged: Mud Paintings, Tidal Pourings and Mud Sculptures. Each thumbnail below will reveal more.
